Questions

What is an active project?

One piece of work with its own link, such as a proposal, report, or website design. Updating it doesn’t create another project.

What counts towards storage?

The files in your published projects. Previous revisions don’t count towards it.

Who counts as a publisher?

Someone who publishes and manages work in your account. Free, Hobby, and Pro include one. Team includes five, for agencies and other teams publishing together.

Do I pay for the people I share with?

No. Clients and other recipients are unlimited on every plan and don’t use a publisher seat. Fair-use and anti-abuse controls apply to invitations and email delivery.

What is a custom domain?

A domain you own, used for your project links. One connected domain can serve several projects on separate subdomains, such as acme.projects.yourstudio.com and north-house.projects.yourstudio.com, without using extra domain allowances. Your Sharekite project links are always included and don’t count. Domain registration is separate.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay once for the year. The monthly price shown is the yearly total divided by 12.
